Traditional Zinfandel palate weight, not too heavy, with the added complexity of the other varietals.

vintage notes

Yields were very close to projections while fruit quality ranged from great to exceptional, with well-preserved acids, great color and good varietal expression. Harvested at 23.4° brix on September 5th  and 7th

winemaking

Native yeast, 20-day fermentation and maceration. Pressed and barrelled down before native malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees in neutral oak barrels for 12 months; bottled unfiltered.
